Accommodation

In all categories the adventure race is held in the area of Kuhmo during 7.-9.9.2023. Competition Centre is located near Kuhmo city centre. Check out the detailed location from the Event info webpage.

NOTICE THESE ARRANGEMENTS WHEN RESERVING ACCOMMODATION FOR YOU OR YOUR TEAM!

In all categories every team must accommodate and/or keep all the competition equipments in the Competition Centre’s service and camping area’s team tent area during the competition as follows:

Extremely Lost 24 H and Lost 16-18 H: Friday 8th Sep at 8.00 am to Saturday 9th Sep at 7.00 pm
- Mandatory time when team must use the service and camping area:
  - For every team, we have reserved one camping spot (4 m x 4 m) from our service and camping area. During the competition from Friday 8th Sep at 8.00 am to Saturday 9th Sep at 7.00 pm teams must use only this service and camping area spot for the accommodation/service/equipment storage and so on. The team are not allowed to accommodate or do service/maintenance somewhere else in the area. Only the places what organisers will allow in advance are allowed during the race. In the team´s camping spot (at the service and camping area) team can use shelter (for ex. Tent, lean etc) for the equipment and for themselves.
  - In the service and camping area we have all the necessary basic services like running water, toilets, etc.
- Optional time when team can use the service and camping area:
  - Every team’s camping spot is open for the teams as a camping area also before and after the adventure race between Thursday 7th Sep at 3.00 pm to Sunday 10th Sep at 12.00 am. Camping spot is included in the participation fee.
- Notice! Caravan vans and vehicles are forbidden to use in the service and camping area.
- Service and camping area is located adjacent to the competition centre

Almost Lost 6-8 H and Casually Lost 3-4 H: Saturday 9th Sep at 8.00 am to 7.00 pm
- Mandatory time when team must use the service and camping area:
  - For every team, we have reserved one camping spot (4 m x 4 m) from our service and camping area. During the competition from Saturday 9th Sep at 8.00 am to 7.00 pm teams must use only this service and camping area spot for the accommodation/service/equipment storage and so on. ACCOMMODATION BEFORE AND AFTER THE EVENT – RECOMMENDATION BY THE CATEGORY

Extremely Lost 24 H and Lost 16-18 H series
- Before the event we recommend to reserve accommodation between Thursday – Friday 7.-8.9.
  - Teams can accommodate this period also in the our Competition Centre’s service and camping area
- After the event we recommend to reserve accommodation between Saturday – Sunday 9.-10.9.
  - Teams can accommodate this period also in the our Competition Centre’s service and camping area

Almost Lost and Casually Lost categories
- Before the event we recommend to reserve accommodation between Friday – Saturday 8.-9.9.
  - Teams can accommodate this period also in the our Competition Centre’s service and camping area
- After the event we recommend to reserve accommodation between Saturday – Sunday 9.-10.9.
  - Teams can accommodate this period also in the our Competition Centre’s service and camping area
